Description

Rotary retort is a type of food processing equipment that is used for the sterilization and preservation of food products. It is a horizontally mounted cylinder that rotates around its axis, and it is designed to accommodate high-volume production.
The rotary retort consists of a steam-tight chamber that is divided into several sections, each of which can hold a batch of packaged food products. The packaged food products are loaded into the rotary retort and then rotated through the various sections of the chamber.
